The North Okanagan Emergency Management (NOEM) agreement will end on December 31, 2016. Beginning on January 1, 2017 the communities of the North Okanagan will be responsible for their own Emergency Management Planning and Emergency Support Services (ESS) responses.
The communities of Enderby, Armstrong, Spallumcheen, Coldstream, Lumby, Electoral areas of the RDNO and the City of Vernon will continue to promote community awareness and emergency preparedness through an “all hazards” approach for their communities. Emergency response services are on call 24/7 for emergency activations in all communities.
We invite you to visit their respective community websites for current information on their emergency programs and services.
